Truetzschler India, a group company of TRUETZSCHLER GmbH & Co.KG, Germany , was set up as a joint venture with ATE Enterprise, the plant of which was set up in 1979-1980 at Ahmedabad, India.
The company is specialist in manufacturing textile machinery and a solution provider from Bale to Sliver in the textile spinning process.
The factory is spread over an area of over 25000 sq.mt and growing. The manufacturing facility is equipped with sophisticated Laser cutting machines and Machining centers , Turning centers, Special purpose machines tools for precision jobs, Powder coating plant, In house electronic design and manufacturing and extensive use of CAD / HI CAD facilities for project department.
All manufacturing process are strictly as per quality of Truetzschler, Germany with emphasis on quality checks at each stage of product manufacturing. Company has established a system of quality in line with the ISO-9001:2000. Manufacturing process has built-in quality testing and measuring facilities. |
